Time for some cardio x before work and then some plantains for breakfast. Trying to be as 801010vegan as possible
Week 2 has begun!
Week one started off great... Then not so much.
I did the Brisbane stampede this weekend, which is a 5k obstacle course through mud and water and it was awesome! I camped out all weekend, and wasn't able to do p90x. So I took 2 rest days this week, But ran a 5k on one of them. Does that balance it out?? But then I drank a day and a half worth of calories that evening in the form of boxed wine. Classy right?
Back to the p90x grind. Day 8 of the lean plan and Core Synergistics completed. Even took my dog for a 20 min jog!
Feeling motivated and ready to kick ass!

Day 2: Cardio X
I was expecting cardio x to be much more of a work out. I found it, dare I say, easy... I ended up going for a 3 mile walk/jog/run with my dog after. Then i was tired.
Does anyone know the approximate calories burned in Cardio x?? I don't have a heart rate monitor yet.
Also, I WANT CHOCOLATE! any healthy alternatives or snacks that anyone can share with me would be greatly appreciated!
