trick or treat!! 🎃
oh my what a splendid pumpkin! youre a touch early but let me see what i have...
ah! here you are! have a lovely Halloween!
hi! do you ever post process videos of any of your stuff anywhere? :) and if I may ask, what's your process for figuring out perspective lines in your art? i love your style sooo much wow
Hi!!! Thank you so much!! as of yet, no videos, but I’ve been mulling over how to do it (eg, tiktok……) because all my canvases have time lapses recordings on them! So hopefully soon 🙏
As for perspective, I owe clip studio paint’s perspective rulers my life and afterlife 😅 my only other tip off the cuff is, the horizon line is where the eye level of the image will be. This recent Twitter thread by Jim Zub is very thorough and has lots of good tips!
(And corresponding video)!
Happy arting!!
The Best Thing that could happen RIGHT NOW? my cwab (crush without a booty) messages me out of the blue giving me the courage to ask him out and it would be at a cute little cafe and we'd have a really good time! But while I wait for that to Definitely happen I'm gonna read a good book, listen to good music and maybe finish the scarf I'm crocheting.
ok i have never heard the phrase cwab but just reading it watered my plants so this ask is already the best thing that could happen to me, personally, right now.
Top five birbs? (with pictures pls thanks)
NOW THIS IS WHAT IM TALKIN ABOUT!!I’m not including extinct birds bc then we would be here all day, only currently alive bois. It was hard enough to choose already sndflf
1. Hooded crow (Corvus Cornix)
(source)
This birb is… mah boi. I love them so much. They’re so handsome and smart and i just love them, man. All corvids have a special place in my heart but this handsome fella in their lil fancy cardigan is my love, I adore these friens
2. Common Pigeon (Columba Livia)
(source: me babey!! i took this pic)
I love these lil sky puppies.. It’s always sad to see them so bedraggled in the cities but, I just have such an affection for them, they’ve been bred to be our friends and I desperately want to be their friends bc they Deserve it. All pigeons are my frien. Love them. also they come in so many beautiful morphs and colours. When will society relearn to love the pigeon
3. Eurasian bittern (also known as great bittern. bc theyre great) (Botaurus Stellaris)
(source 1 | Source 2)
These are one of the birds who excel at going from from the orbular to the longular. They’re 100% unacceptable. They rarely come out of the reeds. They make a sound like when you blow in an empty bottle. Their faces are of constant indignation. I strive to be as mysterious and ridiculous as this bird.
4. CHIMGEN
(gallus domesticus)
(source)
Chickens are like … feathered cats who lay eggs. Love a hunt. love a yell. love a snack. some of them love a patpat. have you ever held a chicken? If not, I would recommend finding a nearby willing chicken and holding that chicken. It’s good for the soul.
5. White wagtail (Motacilla Alba)
(source)
I love these funky lil fellas, they’re, if i have to pick 1, my favourite smallbirb. I love how they wag their little tails and i love seeing an Unidentified Smallbirb hang out somewhere and suddenly the tail go WAG WAG WAG and i’m like “!!!!! I know her!!! it is the little white wagtail!!”
are you aware that klask means smack in Danish and possibly other nordic languages as well. I don't know the context for your blog title, but I was delighted nonetheless, thanks
