I apologize as usual for how suck the picture is.

Anyway, this is pan bread, which is a bit like the bastard love child of pancakes and biscuits. 

I made some earlier this week when Andythanfiction was posting a whole bunch of information about bread making and I had no yeast so I looked up yeast-less breads. And found pan bread. And the first one was pretty awful.

And then I made one today and it was much better and I put some cranberry jelly on it, which smells like it has fermented a bit. 

I made bread. The End.
