playing chicken with myself
went on another solo hike today (second of the year!) and had such a fun time! i made a greater effort to prepare in some ways (brought more than just water) and less in others (didnt have cell service or a map of the trail. oops). it was so hot and there were parts that were very scary for me (huge rickety bridge) but i perservered and im very proud of myself!! the challenge of trying new things is so fulfilling.

ok so..... dumping this all in no particular order haha
we are most likely going to hear the new parx single (for the first time, i think, but less sure) at the reading and leeds festival in August bc parx loves to debut new music at UK fests, specifically that one
i think the yellow could go one of two ways
one: blue hair, like double dare
two: yellow hair, something brand new
the yellow hair is the most interesting option to ME, bc yellow is so closely associated w his ex and seeing him reclaim that would be so cool
people keep pointing out that awsten has been talking a lot about parx returning to their roots/going back to the beginning, and the parx account did like a backwards recount of their albums ENDING on double dare, which confirms the whole like going back to their roots vibe. this makes the blue hair option seem more likely
i think we'll have a pre album tour announcement by November and an album title around awstens bday (there's ideas brewing and vibes but no definite reasoning lol)
