These homemade buffalo chicken wings are a delightful balance of spicy and tangy flavors, perfect for any occasion. The crispy texture combined with the zesty buffalo sauce makes them irresistible.
Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/2 cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 tbsp honey. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional, for extra heat.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Add flour, salt, and black pepper to a bowl and mix them together. Cover the chicken wings with the flour mix, then put them on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Bake the wings for 45 to 50 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked all the way through. Melted butter, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper if using should all be mixed together in a different bowl. Toss the baked wings in the sauce mix so that they are covered all over. Enjoy while hot!
