You can not get it in a bottle or from Dr. Phil. It's got to be gotten through diet and exercise, rest and recreation and attitude and mind working all together everyday of your life. TODAY was a delightful day - huge waves and great events. I have a huge numbers of pictures I took and it will be some time until I upload these. Thanks for your patience. I just share one for now for you to see what is in store for you. In addition, there was a memorial held in San Clemente for Dorian Doc Paskowitz. Dorian "Doc" Paskowitz (March 3, 1921 – November 10, 2014) was an American surfer and physician, who gave up practicing medicine for a living and decided to become a professional surfer.In 1972, he founded a surf camp run by his family, where campers could live alongside and surf with members of the Paskowitz family. I find that through these Headspace videos the Inertia posts I have learned a lot more about being a true and logical human being than any sociology or psychology class I have taken in college. Dorian Paskowitz (AKA Doc) had a legacy to become a "pioneer of the nomadic lifestyle so sought after by surfers around the globe" and because he counted his years down to when he (thought he) would pass away, it allowed him to accomplish and live his life according to what he thought, ideally, would make him a healthy human. He did so to a certain extent that when he got to his final years of life he wasn't afraid of passing away because he knew that he had achieved that inner peace of mind that surfing gives you and I believe that after a person touches that feeling of absolute psychological and emotional health it sort of sets them at peace, giving them the assurance that they've now experienced that best that earth has to offer them, a feeling most people never feel. This is definitely my favorite Headspace video, following on its tail is Kelly Slater's.
