TODAY was a delightful day - huge waves and great events. I have a huge numbers of pictures I took and it will be some time until I upload these. Thanks for your patience. I just share one for now for you to see what is in store for you. In addition, there was a memorial held in San Clemente for Dorian Doc Paskowitz. Dorian "Doc" Paskowitz (March 3, 1921 – November 10, 2014) was an American surfer and physician, who gave up practicing medicine for a living and decided to become a professional surfer. In 1972, he founded a surf camp run by his family, where campers could live alongside and surf with members of the Paskowitz family. He and his family have been referred to as the "First Family of Surfing" Source: wikpedia: About the POV: The photo was taken from the San Clemente Pier - it is about 400meters long (1,296 feet) and I guess about 30 feet (maybe 10) meters above sea level.
