SURF THERAPY . A mixture of sleepyness and energy once I've finished a surf...I always look forward to a post surf food coma nap in the sun.. but in general, I've noticed all my habits and everything improve in my daily life... . My nutrition improves and I gain healthy weight, my sleep deepens and I get R.E.M each night plus my mood is heightened from the surge in Dopamine and adrenaline whilst in the water, oxytocin from the love of my surroundings which in return releases serotonin and endorphins post surf which I continue to feel alllll the way through to the moment I hit the pillow. .
