Fixed glitch that caused NPCs who walked under the “mistle-foe” to fight unsuspecting players

Added new holiday themed backings for the cards

Fixed glitch that made players unable to open binders when standing waist deep or higher in water

Patch Update WIP

I tested a little and found no issues with my mods as of yet! Seems the type of script I use has escaped destruction.

I will only be able to test more thoroughly over the weekend as there is a storm incoming ( Cyclone DANA) and I have ER shifts at the hospital
