Every couple I see, every romantic scene in a film, all I see is you. I don't watch romantic films anymore. It was my favorite genre growing up. i wish mutuals who unfollow you would send a quick message, ideally to explain why they're unfollowing but most importantly to let me know how they want me to proceed about it. should i also unfollow? is that the polite/normal thing to do? should i stop liking their posts? reblogs are fine but no rambling in the tags? are asks a no go? if i do send them an ask would it be better to keep it impersonal or would it sound passive aggressive? what are the rules here? head in hands

an earthquake hit nyc today and although it was not very strong it has me thinking about the fall of society. Everything is made up. If all currency is digital, what happens when we have no access to electricity. Where do you go if your house collapses and all of your neighbors drive away. There are people in the world experiencing much worse than whatever I feel in my life. I don't like that we have no control over this.
