Savor the comforting tastes of this creamy mushroom pasta, which is made even better with fresh peas and ricotta cheese. It's a delicious dish with peas, mushrooms, and ricotta all mixed together in a rich sauce. It's perfect for a cozy dinner.

Ingredients: 8 oz pasta. 2 cups mushrooms, sliced. 1 cup fresh peas. 1 cup ricotta cheese. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.

Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. For about one minute, until the garlic smells good, add the minced garlic. Put mushrooms slices in the pan and cook them until they dry out and turn golden brown, which should take about 5 to 7 minutes. Add fresh peas and stir them in. Cook for another two to three minutes, until the peas are soft. Turn down the heat and add the cooked pasta to the pan. As you mix in the ricotta cheese and heavy cream, make sure the sauce is smooth and creamy. Add pepper and salt to taste. Serve hot with fresh parsley on top.
