What are your thoughts on the Genesect movie and the controversy surrounding the Mewtwo in it?

I remember that, I never cared too much. They could have used the older Mewtwo but chose not to for some reason. Given Yuyama's words I'm just going to assume they didn't want to fuck-up the old Mewtwo, so many things could go wrong. Characterization, back story misconceptions, Ash's initial meetings with it before, so I guess they just found it a little less sticky to go with a brand-new Mewtwo. Can't blame em' to be honest. Something else I was thinking of is since theire are two Mewtwo and the female one showed off its Y Mega Evolution the older and male could show off the ugly X evolution? Then again it's going to be a reach once again in the anime for Mewtwo to Mega Evolve since it's been established they both pretty much despise humans and it would take a fair amount of CD for a Mega Evolution to occur. They require a strong bond with humans and Mewtwo have both been treated as more independent beings with their own agency. Also Mewtwonite, an ancient stone to evolve an artificially created Pokemon shouldn't exist. Of course they could just be lazy and do what they did with the Mewtwo in the Genesect movie, evolving for no reason.

Do you think the new designs for the Gym Leaders make them look younger than they're supposed to be?

Nah, not really. I think that comes from a heavily-updated art style. May and Brendan look younger than their old incarnations too. Norman actually looks more like a father figure.

For the character thing, how about June.

What they smell like: Perfume. It's very floral scented.

How they sleep (sleeping position, schedule, etc): Foetal position when sleeping normally; Starfish when totally exhausted.

What music they enjoy: Mostly rock/alternative, but some pop's in there too.

How much time they spend getting ready every morning: Not much time, just enough for morning preparations. If she's got early morning duties though, they keep her back from being on time.

Their favorite thing to collect: She started collecting keepsakes and souvenirs from her duties, including pictures.

Left or right-handed: Ambidextrous. 

Religion (if any): She had a canon one I think? But I don't remember u~u;;

Favorite sport: Volleyball!

Favorite touristy thing to do when traveling (museums, local food, sightseeing, etc): Mostly exploring and sightseeing the more thrilling and dangerous attractions.

A weird/obscure fear they have: Being embarrassed/doing something embarrassing in front a large number of people.
