The Bookshop (2017)

After we had started posting exclusively on Penelope Fitzgerald in this blog, we learnt that a movie based on one of her novels is on the way. We couldn’t be more excited about it!

The movie is to be released on 3rd of November in Spain as  La Librería. The Bookshop was directed by Isabel Coixet, and the leading stars are Emily Mortimer(as we know her from the movie, Shutter Island), Patricia Clarkson and Bill Nighy.
