Finally here it is, behold PZPTH fandom: the Pennashibruary!

I'm really excited for had making this challenge, you know? Maybe it's because I love Pennashi or something else, but well. However, despite the obvious, I decided to make the prompts/themes the most... ambiguous-thing I could LOL.
Anyways, the art challenge will begin this February 1st and it'll end on February 28th; likewise, this will taking place not only here on Tumblr, but also on Instagram (I accept AO3 and DeviantArt too). I hope everyone in the PZPTH fandom enjoy the next month, see ya!
The rules:
When you summit your post (whether drawing or written work), use the tag #Pennashibruary and always give me credit. The tag can be lowercase too btw.
You can portrait Penn and Sashi's relationship however you want (TA-DA!)—it can be romantic, platonic, something ambiguous, or another kind of relationship you have in mind.
Have fun! It doesn't matter the tool, the artstyle or the abilities (whether on drawing or writing)—be creative, be messy, since as long as you're having fun, that's what really matters at the end.

Estoy muy emocionada por haber hecho este reto, ¿sabes? Quizás sea porque me encanta Pennashi o algo así, pero bueno. Sin embargo, a pesar de lo obvio, decidí hacer los prompts/temas lo más... ambiguo posible XD
En fin, el reto empezará este 1 de febrero y terminará el 28 de febrero; además, se llevará a cabo no solo aquí en Tumblr, sino también en Instagram (también acepto AO3 y DeviantArt). Espero que todos en el fandom de PZPTH disfruten del próximo mes, ¡nos vemos!

Well, here we are—the artwork that references one of the most significant moments in the history of this fandom.
To be honest, I really liked the PZPTH pilot episode, BUT not so much the character design that Penn had in said episode (thank the stars that we ended up getting the beautiful curly-haired boy we all know and love).
Anyways, here's my sketch of him and Pilot!Sashi; don't judge me, it's the first time I ever draw *that* Penn. And funnily enough, how curious is that he was the only who got such a drastic change (both in appearance and personality); also, the first time I saw Pilot Sashi, I couldn't help but seeing her like such an angel in comparison with the Sashi from the show LOL.
And by the way, am I the only one who thinks the friendship between these two is really adorable?

Bueno, aquí está: la obra de arte que hace referencia a uno de los momentos más significativos de la historia de este fandom.
Para ser honesto, me gustó mucho el episodio piloto de Penn Zero, PERO no tanto el diseño de personaje que Penn tenía en dicho episodio (gracias a las estrellas que al final nos dieron al precioso chico rizado que todos conocemos y amamos).
En fin, aquí está mi boceto de él y la Sashi del piloto; no me juzguen, es la primera vez que dibujo a *ese* Penn. Y qué curioso que él fuera el único que tuvo un cambio tan drástico (tanto en apariencia como en personalidad); además, la primera vez que vi a la Sashi del piloto, no pude evitar verla como todo un angelito en comparación con la Sashi de la serie XD
Y por cierto, ¿soy la única que piensa que la amistad entre estos dos es realmente adorable?
You see, besides having a favorite show, I also have a favorite video game—Bravely Default II. So for this prompt, I thought: «What if I dress them up as the main characters from that game?» And here's the result.
However, at first I had considered drawing Penn and Sashi as Edea Lee and Ringabel from Bravely Default, but as you can see, I decided to "change course"; so now they're Seth and Gloria. And yes, the choice of outfits for each of them (especially Penn) was purely intentional.
By the way, this drawing is also inspired by an idea I had a while ago—and yes, I'm really glad I finally put it on paper.

Verás, además de tener una serie favorita, también tengo un videojuego favorito—Bravely Default II. Así que para este prompt pensé: «¿Y si los visto como los personajes principales de dicho juego?» Y he aquí el resultado.
Sin embargo, al principio había considerado dibujar a Penn y Sashi de Edea Lee y Ringabel de Bravely Default, pero como habrás visto, decidí "cambiar de rumbo"; así que ahora son Seth y Gloria. Y sí, la elección de vestuario para cada quién (en especial Penn) fue intención pura y dura.
Por cierto, este dibujo también está inspirado en una idea que tuve por ahí hace un tiempito—y sí, me alegra mucho haberla puesto en papel al fin.
Ahh, Valentine's Day, the favorite day of many shippers (like me LOL) and when tons of people go out for dinner or eat sweets and chocolates... But hey! Now you know why I chose February as the month for this art challenge (touché).
And well, this is my first Valentine's Day in this fandom (hooray! Btw Happy Valentines for you all), and like everyone else, I decided to show off my ship... but 20% more ✨cheesy✨ because it's NEVER enough Pennashi for me! 😅
So here's my cake for this special occasion! Whoever wants some, go ahead and eat (but hey, leave some for the others).
Anyway, let's see if anyone can guess who the roses are for... and their meaning.

Aahh, San Valentín, el día favorito de muchos shippers (como yo XD) y donde un montón de gente se va de cena o a comer dulces y chocolates... ¡Pero oye! Ahora sabes el porqué elegí Febrero como el mes para este reto (touché).
Y bueno, este es mi primer San Valentín en este fandom (¡hurra! Por cierto, feliz San Valentín para todos ustedes), y como el resto, decidí mostrar mi ship... ¡pero 20% más ✨cursi✨ porque NUNCA es suficiente Pennashi para mí! 😅
¡Así que aquí está mi dulce para esta ocasión especial! El quien quiera, que tome y coma (eso sí, deja para los demás).
Pero en fin, a ver si alguien adivina para quién son las rosas... y lo que significan.
Okay, I cheated a little, little bit with this one since I traced an small sketch I have made a good while ago (if you know, you know) to make this drawing and also, I ended up playing with the layers and colors and lights; but hey! "Work smarter, not harder", my brain said and I listened LOL.
For other part, I think that Penn and Sashi would be more of hugs than of kisses; don't ask me why, it's just a hunch I have. I think that hugging would be one of their simplest ways to express caring or something like that.
Anyways, I love how it turned out, Penn and Sashi look so cute and adorable here! 🥰 And also, I didn't expect the drawing to end up looking so... emotional—I love it!

Bueno, bueno, hice un poquitito de trampa con este ya que calqué un sketch chiquito que había hecho hace un buen tiempo (si lo sabes, lo sabes) para hacer este dibujo y además, terminé jugando con las capas y los colores y las luces; pero ¡oye! "Trabaja más inteligentemente, no más duro", dijo mi cerebro y yo escuché XD.
Por otra parte, creo que Penn y Sashi serían más de abrazos que de besos; no me pregunten por qué, simplemente es una corazonada que tengo. Creo que abrazarse sería como una de sus formas más simples de expresar cariño o algo así.
De todas formas, me encanta como quedó, ¡Penn y Sashi se ven tan lindos y adorables aquí! 🥰 Y de paso, no me esperaba que el dibujo acabara luciendo tan... emotivo—¡me encanta!
