For all my problems with oWoD in general and Werewolf: The Apocalypse specifically, I love that Pentex are just the Captain Planet villains. Like they don't even get any profit from polluting, they're just the Pollution Company clocking in their shift at the Pollution Factory

So consider this kind of a continuation of my earlier warewolf/pentex lore question about what kind of fomori Francis could be, another important detail I haven’t seen discussed is, what was the ritual Francis set up in the back of the restaurant? He said he wanted boy and door to “partake in the ritual” given his talk about sharing his gift and boy and door joining a new family, it seems he was intent on turning the duo into something like he was. But from my understanding bane possession isn’t something you can spread the way you can vampirism. I still don’t really understand how bane possession happens, the O’tolley’s method of tainting food would suggest you can spread bane possession via spiked food akin to a poison or toxic chemical but the wiki states that usually banes just possess people who’s souls are already spiritually hollow to some degree, if bane spirits originate in the umbra how does a third party inject them into food?

Anyways, boy described a person being boiled and dissolved in a vat. So Is this some form of fomori creation ritual? Are there fomori creation rituals? Is this just how O’Tolley’s prepares their food?
