The richness of chocolate and the tanginess of Greek yogurt come together in this delicious parfait, which is perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 2 cups Greek yogurt. 1 cup whole milk. 1/2 cup sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 2 teaspoons gelatin powder. 1/4 cup cold water. 1 cup chocolate granola. 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped. Fresh berries for garnish.
Instructions: Put cold water in a small bowl and sprinkle gelatin on top. Let it bloom for 5 minutes. Put milk in a saucepan and heat it over medium-low heat until it starts to simmer. Take it off the heat. Mix the hot milk with the sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped dark chocolate until it's smooth. Melt the bloomed gelatin in the microwave for 10 seconds, and then add it to the chocolate mixture. Mix well. Greek yogurt should be mixed with a whisk in a different bowl until it is smooth. Slowly add the chocolate mixture while stirring all the time. Mix in the vanilla extract until everything is well mixed. About half of the mixture should be put into each serving glass. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. Once it's set, put chocolate granola in the bottom of each glass and add more yogurt mixture on top. Keep in the fridge for two more hours, or until it's completely set. Add fresh berries as a garnish before serving. Have fun with the chocolate Greek yogurt panna cotta parfait!
