feel nervous about having posted that drawing because I don't usually like, show that much of what I'm thinking about
forever, torn between “hey i should put some original content on this blog” and “nobody cares about your original ideas or characters, or even fan characters or fan content, save yourself the embarrassment of posting something nobody will care about, at least you won’t look pathetic”
and rapidly speeding towards the sign that says “Speed Limit: Don’t Give a Fuck” and trying to get there sooner rather than later
it’s difficult, making creative works entirely for yourself, and just kind of dealing with the reality that it’s likely few, if any people, will care and want to consume it. But it’s probably worth it, for creativity’s sake
The irony of Margadita's copyright obsession- thanks to my blogs terminations, I've lost all the original sources/credits for almost ALL of the posts on my Layla El and Stolen Babies blogs. So now it's next to impossible for me to give credit where credit is due, and to direct people to the original resources, which bugs me to no end.

It really just started out as a way to explain why you'd have a wealthy landowner's son named "Peeta" in the middle of Thomas Hardy's Wessex...but then I started looking up terms of endearment and wedding customs. Aagh. If anyone knows more about this than, say, eHow/Wikipedia/Yahoo Answers, DO let me know...
