Aaron Abke is so slept on.
What is the one thing that will shatter the human mind and yet be something that may or may not affect the body? What is it that will crumble one person but leave another with inspiration? The very word can send some to shivers of impending dread.. This is change.... Even as little or as drastic as it may be, it still brings fear and terror to some while others feed on it's energy.. But how and why?
Change in itself can happen in many ways but the biggest damage is within ones own mind. The very thought or idea of change seems to be built in for something to e feared. Our minds can't sometimes wrap around this very fundamental concept. Nothing stays the same everything changes. In the Hermetic Principles we are taught that nothing rests, everything is in motion. So why does our mind reflect back to a stationary illusion when in fact that illusion is a fabricated lie created by the ego? Comfort is the answer... We become complacent in our Microcosms and when things altar our thoughts and ideas it becomes chaos. But in order to grow, one must change or rust in the very place he/she sits... One must change their thoughts, ideas, emotions and mind in order to grow. Nothing less than that can be done.
To see past this veil of vulgarness aka Change, one needs to see that in all of this seeming darkness, it is a alteration of our ways to create a new way to grow. In this way we can rise above where we are and learn to become more than we are at this moment. But why the polarities of positive and negatives with change? It all breaks down to the strength of the mind and emotions to adapt. When we are too strict or too free with our minds and emotions we are unable to reconcile the balance. Once balance is achieved within a personal Emotions, Mind and Actions/Mind Body and Energy a change of anything is simply an alteration of energy and adjustment. Nothing to worry or waste time on. Within the name of The Creator all is balanced and kept in harmony.
Keep everything clear and unstirred. Let not your energy become like the mud.
Ethereal Ways: The Fifth (and First) Element
In various books and internet resources dealing with elemental magic, paths and witchcraft, there are often chapters devoted to “The Water Witch”, “The Fire Witch”, and so on. There are also usually sections intended to help you “discover your element” or “what kind of elemental witch are you?”

I cannot recommend this man and his Mind Science series highly enough if you are new to shadow work (or even if you aren’t new)
Through the flood and torrent of our personal walls/mans breaking, in the end it is simply one thing: a release. The end of the build up, the final climax to holding everything in and letting go of what no longer can one hold in any longer. You spill forth your testimony of emotions, thought and actions into this wave. No longer are you chained, but are now a flaming arrow of emotions, thoughts and actions that until you are empty, will never stop firing. So now, you have let your dam break and the arrows fly, now you have to see with non-raging eyes what you have done & what is left in this wake.
Your arrows hit their marks, even though many may have no been intentional but they still hit. The one(s) your aiming for may have been hit but what of the others within your barrage? Were those arrows merciful or compassionate? Or did they slay them like a spear through the heart? Who's the ass now upon the top of your broken dam? Ask yourself now, how many vows and promises have you broken in just that brief moment of release? Was it truly worth it? From here, no Angel is going to be able to save you this day...
There is no release without the damages and the consequences of not following your own code lowers you lower than the floor you once stood on. Where once you stood atop of your basin in full glory of your Kingdom, you are now harold as an ass with egg upon his face.
How one can break bread with the dead is a lesson we must learn when we are no longer within the blinding waters of our release and recovery. We, ourselves alone must learn to resurrect the dead from our wake of destruction, find peace and greatness together again not apart. Only then can we become the Magnus we once were before our untimely fall from grace. We all have them, and not everyone can keep building their dams higher. Eventually they will fall and the damage from those heights will make what your walls collapsing did look like a child splashing in a puddle, while theirs is another ark building moment for everyone around.
Isn't it funny, how one disturbance within one persons microcosm from a single drop of dew either positive or negative can reverbirate throughout their entire world and cause a wave that could and possibly will swallow others whole? Either from within oneself or another this wave flows with invisible wings towards all any they never see it until the flood is already engulfed them.
Within a flood of positiveness it is seen as a cleansing off of negativeness around all who arewithin this energy. On the opposite polarity, it is a destructive force that will topple all within it's wake and will spare none whom is within distance. All will flee when the walls break and those who are unaware will be the victims of an unforseen and unknowable death.
For man has become this fragile dam. Unknowing when a single drop of dew will shatter the paper-thin walls and the ensuing floods damage is unknowable, unforgettable and unfixable. All the mourning and lamenting will not forgive what came forth. The inital wave is always forgotten, it is the aftermat that is left that most will always remember. All systems that once were are no more and they will never be again. Things will enver be put back into their place nor will anyone truly remember where they went before the flood.
Of either Emotional, Mental or Physical floods we must all leafrn that from the positive to the negative things will be irreputably be changed forever. From one drop of change in anything lead to this flooding and ruination of everything once knowm. Be mindful of what is felt, thought and done or you will be standing above the basin of your microcosm seeing the damage and destruction one simple drop unleashed.
How can one be within this world and be able to comprehend the vastness of one's actions or there lack of and take into account every little nuance of the energy we put out and be aware of how it changes everything in its wake? Man has lost the view of upper sight to see like an sparrow above themselves to see the shockwaves from the single drop we place upon a person or people and the ripple effect it creates. We simply walk away to leave what happens happen and sometimes forget it even occurred at all. Dropping stones into an already full bucket and wondering why it overflows the rim when we have placed too many in it is pretty close to our mentality anymore as a culture. Sad that some can't even see the overflowing, only that we can keep putting stones into a bucket...
How often can one atone for the same thing until the words are simply that, words spoken from unclean lips? How many times can one be shown the profane power of forgiveness and yet walk away from it like it was nothing more than a soiled rag on the street? How much Wisdom is lost in this blindness? When is it ok to lose count of how many times? If even the count is at one. What kind of abomination is created when the damage from one flood is never healed before the next one comes swallowing you again? How many scars can you handle until you bleed out in all aspects of your soul? How can one ever heal if the wounds are never left to heal? Either by those living or dead, the wounds still can remain open. Isn't it funny how that happens? We drown over and over again in our minds and keep the wounds we've been fighting to heal because we've never been taught how to have closure. No wonder why we are calling this place hell, constantly dying, neave healing and repeating this cycle over and over with no end in sight. The only healing start in you, not anyone else. If you can't heal what's been hurting you, then how will yu eve heal another like yourself?
