And can I just say I am absolutely thrilled to be sharing this month. It was looking bleak for a bit there but I grinded that last week and made it!

Not bad right? My goal was 274/275 but tbh I would’ve been happy with 278.
LOOK IT YALL! I made my weight goal! 275, a nice even 275! Officially 16 pounds down, fully consistent with my 8 pound a month goal. That body fat didn’t budge much because the tape didn’t budge much but that BMI y’all! I’m moving further and further away from 50 and God am I thankful!
I also had to write some notes to help explain things to make measuring more consistent. I re-did the model on the right to help make it more accurate (with measuring via freckles). I also found out my thigh standing versus at a 90° angle is different (makes sense I’m “flexing” kinda on the angle one). But also my leg makes a difference too. However that makes sense because I’m always preferring my left over right due to my right being my bad knee/full of cysts and scars and debris. So logically it wouldn’t have as much muscle as my left. Chest was a fun thing to measure too! I found a thing on tiktok that said to measure it like for a bra by bending over, which puts me at 57, but doing it like I normally do puts me at 52. Either way might be fun to measure and keep track of.
For March, I wanna lose another 8 pounds. That would put me at 268. So close to my OG SW of 266. I wanna focus on better meals and meal prep this month. Sometimes we make meals that aren’t the best and I wanna find ways to optimize this. And of course I wanna focus on less binge-y moods. There’s been some days especially lately where I wanna munch on everything and want sweets and all the bad processed stuff. I wanna cut that out - especially the processed stuff.
