Me thinking that today would be episode 10 of Eldarya 🤡

I’m really grateful to Netflix Italia, because they didn’t buy the Italian dubbing of Card Captor Sakura. So, I can watch it over and over with Japanese voices and Italian subs, and also with the original opening and endings. 

We have this tradition of changing the theme song of the anime with only one completely different. It’s not that I don’t like this, but doing so children can immediately understand everything about the anime. Sometimes they put also major spoilers in the lyrics. :/

Italian theme: Pesca la tua carta, Sakura.

Anyway the reasons I can’t stand the Italian dubbing of CCS:

First of all, they censored a lot. All the homosexual theme is gone, there’s no relationship between Touya and Yukito. They’re just friends, which is silly, because... come on, guys! :(

Also, they let you understand Syaoran has a crush on Sakura like immediately. This is an issue I’ve always hated, because it ruins Syaoran’s growth, how he slowly learns to appreciate Sakura, help her and of course how he falls in love with her. Besides it seems so weird. I wasn’t exactly a little girl when CCS was aired in Italy, and I perfectly remember that some scenes were strange to me, but by then I hadn’t read the manga yet, so I had to accept it. 

Oh, they changed also the fact that Sakura starts to call Syaoran by his first name, and not just “Li”. Again, something very important for their growing relationship. 

Eventually, with all the cuts and changes, at some point of the Sakura card arc they found themselves unable to cut all the non-conventional themes anymore and so, we never saw the second half of the season.

Luckily few years later, when I started to buy mangas, CCS was one of the first because I wanted to know how it ended. And after reading it I was in awe.

Eventually I was able to watch the original episodes of the anime. Everything was clear at last.

The original story was way better than what I saw and I can easily say this has always been and always will be my favourite manga. 

I’m so glad Clear card arc arrived with original dubbing and Italian subs. <3

I don't know about you but I love all those badass women in SHERLOCK.

Mrs.Hudson (DAMN lol), Molly (I hope we see more of her in the last episode…Sherlock you can go with Molly, not Irene…please?), Irene (do love her!), Mary (YES, Mary too), …..the sister ;-)

also am I the only one who thinks Sherrinford is indeed really locked up in a high tower? Cause Mycroft didn’t respond when Lady Smallwood asked so mockingly…..🤔🤔🤔(?)
