rawdogged no attribute list and i wasn't even thinking about the relationship to st louis they might be conjoined twins; crown is stone arch bridge, first avenue, and minneapolis city hall, window eyes are highkey nothing i couldn't find anything in my minimal wikipedia image hunt, mosaicing is their neighborhood divisions on face and random lines on braid, yes the ice flag background color is that shade of grey, yes cities have halos, no they are not usually this elaborate, all protest signs from same image as background which is this

also metro surge counts as an occupation so they're itchy and coughing and feel like they're being stabbed from the inside which is 5 centimeters away from being twice correct. i read an article somewhere arguing that minneapolis's (and everyone else being attacked by ice's) response isn't political but prepolitical, as motivated by a basic sense of injustice at the violation of normalcy not tied to a particular ideology, which is an interesting idea that might help me differentiate between what's an immune response and what's keeping the intruder in your house awake all night so he's too tired to go after your family in the morning if i decide i want there to be a difference.

Image of their sigil hovering above its head, tilted downward to the viewer’s right at a significantly shallower angle than similar sigil-halos of other Foundation household avatars. A veil similar in structure to the Foundation avatar proper’s, though loose enough the eyes are still visible through it, composed of paperclips, cut-up documents, miniature folders, pens, miniature clipboards, and amnestic pills hangs from the halo. It is cut like a right triangle with the tilt of the halo as its hypotenuse, so its bottom edge does not appear tilted—while the Committee’s actions have reduced the degree of suffering and inequality at the Foundation, they cannot rid them of their core injustice, and they cover this fact with bureaucratic excuse and amnestics.

Thematics:

Balance scale holding at least two paperweights, with rubber stamp attached to base. The stamp produces either the word REJECTED, in red, or APPROVED, in green. Bowls are shaped like tables, with seated human figures surrounding each. No differences are observed between bowls. One paperweight is present in every bowl. When not in use, the scale carries two bowls. Scales are used to compare paperweight weights after exposure to conflicting proposals, with the proposal resulting in the lightest paperweight always gaining the APPROVED image when stamped. All others are REJECTED. Lifting the scales appears to strain them—their role relation to Justice, a subversion of the rubber stamp as complacency, the weight of the Foundation’s crimes, the comparison of multiple distinct goods, translator’s need for at least one ludicrously overengineered attribute that still only functions with personiflogic per avatar. Trolley problem setup, with the trolley replaced by the Foundation sigil and diverted towards the single victim, coiling up left arm in the manner of Prudentia’s snake—their role relation to the virtue Prudence, often seen with Justice, and their answer to the problem. Fixed constant.

It is not necessarily consequentialist to pull the lever, but I could find no clearer way to communicate that they are a consequentialist, and this is acceptably close.

Black blindfold, held with a knot which requires nonness sight to untie—their role relation with Justice and prohibition on beginning inquests without an outside complaint to balance their nearly unlimited power to act when their mandate is in effect (headcanon), not investigating/undone blindfold around neck—investigating.

Coavataring with:

MTF Omega-1—in all cases when Site-1 coavatars with Alpha-1, and often when significant force must be utilized against a person’if disobeying Committee orders.

The sword of Omega-1’s sigil. The MTF’s primary identifier.

One set of handcuffs, with one cuff shaped as a capital Omega—produced when the Committee and/or Omega-1 expect restraint of a recalcitrant person’if to be necessary.
