Requested for the fried rice to be less oily and they delivered too. It was still so fragrant without being excessively oily. Co’m Rang Bò Lúc Lắc: Shaking beef with fried rice (aud17) and Pho Tai Nam (raw beef and cooked beef Horfam soup: aud11.50) from Viet Hong Vietnamese Restaurant, Malaga. Extensive menu (in three parts) on @perthfoodmenu or click #PFR_VietHong Surprising discovery as we had initially intended to try Banana Leaf Malaga a few doors away but it was closed. The restaurant was 3/4 occupied so we headed in, trusting the crowd. The shaking beef with fried rice was delicious - juicy, tender melt-in-your-mouth cubed beef pieces - first time trying shaking beef and I daresay the standard has been set high for me. Beef slices for the pho were quite thick, broth was decent.
