Taking a seat beside Hoku, Destiny's ears twitched slightly as her head turned towards the Torracat, then the Purrloin. She could just feel the tension between the two.

"Sorry if it's a bit rude to ask this, but why don't you two get along with each other? Is there a problem or something?"

Hoku: Dont worry, its not rude when everyone can see it. I actually dont remember when it started. I got to work in the CallCenter as a part timer before Choro joined us. So for all i care she should show me some respect! Well, so i thought. She isnt nasty to me but the snappy comments kinda get to me. Im a hot head after all!

From their distance you could hear an audible groan.

The Meowstics question about their relationship being more than co-workers makes the Torracat laugh. After a quick breather they answer her.

Hoku: No, we have never crossed that line and i think we wont. Im still a teenager and no idea how old that hag is!

Hoku: Okay, i deserved that.

The hybrid looked up at the glowing Shaymin, a look of wonder in her eyes, tail wagging behind her all the while. She was mostly just excited to meet another person she hadn't seen before.

"Whoa! You look so cool! You look a lot like another Shaymin I know, but his flower's purple and he doesn't look nearly as sparkly. My name's Mint, what's yours?"

The Shaymin idly rubbed at the blindfold over her eyes, before quickly fixing it. "I have to admit, I don't think I've seen abilities like the ones you have. I can tell that you don't have a lot of control over it, but that's alright. I didn't have great control over my own power initially. Though I'm kind of curious, are there others in your universe that have powers like yours?"

Shauna: [I'm the only one I know of that can break things the way I can, without ever touching them. It's strange, isn't it?]

Shauna: [I do know that I was born with a lot more magic than most in my family. Mother even called me a prodigy.]

Shauna: [She's teaching my sister, because she's not like me. She can control it, and she has two familiars. She's not useless, or a waste of talent, as mother likes to remind me.]

They looked down at Momo, kneeling down closer to his eye level to not seem as threatening. They could see that interaction with others likely doesn't come easy to him.

"Hey there." They greeted. "Why aren't you joining in the festival activities?" For them, they actually didn't know what to do, with all of this seeming so overwhelming after having next to no interaction with anyone for the last few hundred years.

Their heart may be quite a bit different than most other people's, but they figured that perhaps he'd appreciate some calm, quiet company.

“It’s just…really…really loud,” Momo starts. “It hurts my ears….that and the lights and stuff. And…well….my family’s not much fun to play with. My sister and brother always beat me at all the games, and my mother doesn’t let me eat any of the sweet treats because they’ll rot my teeth…”

“Playing Hanafuda here is a lot more fun,” the Applin finishes. “Especially since a bunch of people wanted to play with me this year….”
