After a week or two of tougher things from my past creeping into my heart, being wrapped up in a blanket made of shirts that represent my favorite groups and people reminds me who I am and how far I've come. Project Repat, thank you for this cozy way of feeling God's and my friends' love.
And just like that, my time as an active member of Sigma Phi Lambda is over. I'm sad because it feels like an end of an era, but I know good things are coming. I'm thankful for all the wonderful girls I got to meet and become friends with during my time in this sorority. Even though we had our ups and downs, I will always love the sorority and the amazing girls who are a part of it.
This is going to be long, but I'm feeling gushy, so let's do it. I just wanted to share this photo of my graduation stole and tell you all what it means to me. To me, this stole represents everything Phi Lamb has given me over the past 3 years. It's the unconditional love of our God, friendship from people I would never have met without this sorority that I know will last a lifetime, and 3 years worth of lessons, good and bad, that I'm glad we're put in my life. In the past I know I've complained and griped about certain aspects of my sorority, but I just want to let my sisters all know I love them all so much, no matter what we all might go through. I can't wait to see what happens with the chapter after I graduate. ❤️
