Idea for April fool’s: you could do dog breed analysis on things which are definitely not dogs but which you’re calling dogs. Ex: “*picture of bowl of miso soup* this is a breed from Japan known for its distinct colour and love of water”

I thought about April fools, but I’m hesitant to do something for it because I understand the tradition can be stressful for a lot of people, and due to timezones my April fools starts the day before for most of my readers. I have thought about it though, just not sure this is really the blog for it.

No four roses? Is this like how the number 4 is superstitious in China?

That might certainly be one reason, but for the post in question, it’s rather that I could only find one page which offered a meaning for four roses. So I had nothing to crosscheck it with. In a lot of cultures gifting an odd number of flowers is considered bad luck. From an artistic standpoint, odd numbers are simply easier to arrange. Nowadays you can gift whatever number of flowers you like in most cultures.

My phonecase is from Redbubble! I got the heavy duty case, and it’s held up through a few drops. One of the corners is cracked and will probably break off soon though. I’m pretty clumsy ;;; 

Thankfully nothing so dramatic ;v; No kitties will be hurt in this au, I love them way too much.

Yuri’s protective streak runs through saving Yura from what he considers scary new things. So he’ll stand up to threatening animals like butterflies and potato bugs that make it too close to Yura, and taste test any new food that’s presented to them before Yura does ;u;

If Yura disappears outside for more than a few hours, Victor will always be able to tell Yuri’s worried because he’ll follow Victor around and cuddle more, like Victor holds the key to making Yura appear again ahahha <3

I love flame point colourations! I wasn’t planning on having the russian team as cats because I like the idea of Victor having rinkmates and Chris as human bffs. But lots of people have been asking for them, I might have to draw something up BD Georgi is definitely a Russian Blue though

Hey I dunno if this will be helpful but a good stim thing I think which could work an an academic environment could be using those mouldable art erasers? The ones which can stretch and which feel sort of like play-dough except they're erasers? I've always been v fidgety and I keep one of those erasers in a box in my pencilcase and teachers etc can't really confiscate them if you're not too disruptive because it's an eraser and thus a stationary item

kneaded erasers !! dang they’re so fun it never even occurred to me that they’d make decent stim toys!! undercover stim toys...
