I’m feeling bratty today so how would Kiri , Aizawa and Sero react if you decide to kick them in the ding dong 😇

Kiri would harden instinctively lol. You think Bakugou gives him a warning before trying to blow up his face cause Kiri said something he didn’t like? You try to kick him between the legs and next thing you know, you’ve got a broken toe. 

You get him disappointed in you as he tapes it up, saying that at least he doesn't have to punish you for acting dumb - your toe does that well enough. 

Plus, maybe Kirishima likes helping you around the house, because now you have to cling onto him and his clothes like they’re your lifeline as you struggle to hobble around.

Aizawa would grimace, probably have an eye twitching as he grabs at his poor crotch where you kicked him.

Doesn’t say anything when he recovers, just tightly grabs your arm and leads you to the dinner table. You get sat down, legs and waist tied to the chair before Aizawa disappears from the dining room.

He returns with paper and pen, slaps it down in front of you and claims you don’t get any privileges (bathroom, food, or anything else - only water) until you write out “I will not kick people in the groin” 1,000 times.

Sero is probably the most affected. Not only is his body in pain, but so is his heart (dramatic bitch).

You get a long speech about respect and how you treat others. It’s boring and contradictory and if Sero hadn’t taped you into place you would’ve either tried to kick him again by now or run off.

As soon as he lets you up you’ll most definitely try to score another hit.

Yeah I know the difference. Just your original reply made it sound like you didn't because like. You came in kinda hard, disagreeing with all the people saying 'siblings' when you don't know how they meant it?? And you didn't differentiate at all you just put down a blanket statement. When you say hitting? I assume you mean hitting. Not the subset of hitting you mean but didn't say. I hope I wasn't rude? (I definitely didn't mean to be but also? I'm autistic lol). You made a bold blanket statement, no caveats, no nuance. If you want nuance you have to write it. Which you have now done, thank you for clarifying (again sounds sarcastic in text but genuine I promise).

(although personally I would add a 'without their consent' to the hitting you to cause pain thing lol)

You know, I didn't bring up BDSM because we were talking about children, right? I almost added a disclaimer about BDSM and consent at the bottom but went "no, this is tumblr and it's full of antis and if I even mention BDSM within 20 feet of a post involving children I'll be accused of being a pe/do." So there's a reason I didn't mention it.

And that's the thing... in my mind, "hitting" is not a synonym for "play fighting" at all. Hitting is something you do to harm others. Harming others is bad.

And that's why people should be clear when talking about this shit. Because if you say "hitting" and don't clarify you just mean "play fighting", it sounds like you are promoting harm, because "hitting" is too broad a category, and could include everything from play fighting to abuse to BDSM.

"Hitting" in this case, probably isn't the word anyone should be using when talking about specific circumstances.

I read those posts and go "god, parents still let their children harm each other"? and someone else reads it and goes "sure, play fighting is ok".

But then a kid who is actively being abused reads it and goes "oh, so being harmed by my siblings is normal, I guess I shouldn't tell anyone".
