The more arrogant and egoistical you are, the more ignorant you become. The virtue of humility makes sense because it gives us the insight to understand others. Just because you have a ceo position does not means you are smart because of the money you may be earning. I bet that is why it is hard to get into medical school because you need humanity in your heart to understand the scope of practice in medicine. For example, in my opinion, even though Nurses are also researchers, Physicians are the CEOs of medicine because they come up with the medical diagnosis. Everyone needs the approval of a physician before proceeding with a diagnosis. They either have to say yes or no. The profession of Medicine is all about working with people and around people. You can be an intorvert but does not means you will not interact with people. The more humble you become, the more wise and compassionate you become. You become more motivated to work on things when you are not arrogant. I am saying that even though a physician is a ceo, he still no better if he doesn’t have humanity in his work and heart. You learn more by being humble and enthusiastic. Thus, the devil cannot imitate the virtue of humility. This is one of the virtues that the devil cannot copy.
Covid19 is for reals. It is like your lungs are paralyzed and you are there hyperventilating yet weak to breathe.

Redrawing amino acids from memory is the best way to practice and get down the concepts. I thought my drawings looked so pretty I had to post them lol. I have my very first midterm in my summer program tomorrow and I also have a paper due, so I’ll be staying up late tonight to say the least! I got my iced caramel latte and I’m ready to get this!!! Today, I also went to an undergrad poster session at my university and I literally cannot wait to get into lab lol

People need prayers. This covid19 is for reals! 😭
“I was drawn to pediatric cardiology because it combines complex physiology with the opportunity to make a lifelong impact early in a child’s life. Caring for children with heart disease requires not only technical expertise, but also empathy, patience, and collaboration with families. Being able to support both the child and their caregivers during some of their most vulnerable moments is deeply meaningful to me."
