Piccolo Problems

Off to my honors concert which I will most likely screw everything up like usual

im really annoyed bc i just got my piccolo repaired last month. it got completely repadded, keys that had fallen off got repaired, it got shined and a deep cleaning. literally three weeks after i got it back i noticed one of the pads falling off. the pad is sticking now but now i can't play a d in my b flat major concert scale and my low range is sucking again, meaning it won't play the low notes nicely (like around the middle c area) and i have a solo in one of our pieces and i play a d in it multiple times and it just doesn't work and it annoys me so much bc the repair was really really good and just rawr
