Day 3 of my #fallintoyoga challenge. Today I chose pidegon pose because it's meant to relieve stress which is exactly what I need right now. I modified it multiple ways because I am new to the pose and I wanted to find what felt right. Although I'm ok with not getting the job I wanted, I'm struggling financially and that job paid pretty well. It's stressing me the hell out!
