So about the Xander Inigo drawings

First of all thank you so much for all the likes, reblogs and comments! I’m kinda new to Tumblr so I’ve been having a hard time to find where I can reply to people. Anyway, I think I must tell the whole story from the beginning, like how Xander and Inigo ended up that big...

Around Halloween time we received the Leon and Takumi magazines we ordered from Kinokuniya bookstore. They came with six double-sided posters each and you can make life-size Leon and Takumi with them. My roommate, whose name is Sunny, is a huge fan of these two princes, so we decided to put them up next to our dining table as her birthday party decoration.

(These are the magazines I mentioned. I believe they got released in Japan this September?)

Sunny was very happy with this decoration, she even themed her party OTAKU. In order to make our place more Otaku, she asked me to draw something to put on our restroom door so guests know where to go when they are here.

This is where everything got mixed up.

Since Sunny was inspired by the life-size Leon and Takumi, she was actually expecting a LIFE SIZE anime girl holding a sign says “Restroom”. Me, on the other hand, just got back to FEH and really into dancer Inigo, I wanted to draw Inigo instead. However, dancer Inigo doesn’t fit into the restroom theme, but Laslow does! Think about it like this: Laslow is Xander’s retainer, it is his duty to serve his lord whenever he needs it. For restroom, the service would be passing toilet paper to Xander, isn’t it? As for why dancer Inigo but not Laslow, well, Inigo gives you the speed buff thingy, which helps if you are having hard time.

Then I did this drawing and sent it to Sunny to print. Sunny did told me to draw in high resolution but I didn’t know she meant LIFE SIZE. I was assuming she print this exact thing. That day when she got home, she brought back this:

Almost life-size. I’m sure if Inigo was just standing, she will print it life size. She said she had to adjust Xander a lot because he’s in three-quarter view and hard to fit on our tiny door. We also had to physically cut out Inigo’s toilet paper to fit him on the other wall.

As a result, our restroom ends up like this:

Yeah that’s the whole story.

By the way I ordered Pikachu cake for her days ago. Tonight when I went to pick it up, the cake was like this:

For my birthday dinner we had vegetarian spaghetti bolognese, birthday cake and fruit dipped in melted chocolate from my new chocolate fountain that my sister bought me for my birthday!! I’ve never been so full in my entire life, I had to take a walk afterwards and catch some more Pokémon because I felt so full 😂
