{kindness day} what to rock

I’ve been reflecting on kindness day all morning. I know the waves of change are in motion, and it’s our choice on how much we resist. Usually, you can find it in your defensiveness, anger, annoyance, and recalcitrance.

How do we extend kindness when we’ve been harmed or are exhausted from whatever transgressions?

How do we come back to kindness?

My hippie answer: you are all Love and connected by and through Love.

My coach answer: by giving love when you aren’t feeling it, you ultimately receive it.

My direct answer: do it anyways.

I know you’re tired. I know you’re fed up. I know you’re over it.

So, if you choose anything today, choose kindness.

That may mean you, yourself, needs a little extra love. Shower yourself with self love. If that’s hard, ask for love from someone you love.

Choose kindness for yourself. For your loved ones. For the randos around you.
