Realising I can’t say ‘What in the Avid’ anymore
regarding the situation
As lots of MCYT fans may have heard, there has been a situation regarding AvidMC and Marma1ade. Now, I’m probably not the best person to explain everything, but you can find full posts about it on Tumblr.
I want to make it clear that I am in no way supporting Avid or Marm. I have unsubscribed to both of them and honestly, I’m ashamed I ever followed them. I do currently have a fic where Avid was to eventually become a main character in it, but I’m not sure I can continue this fic, or at least until I have thought of a different plot for my story.
Now, I have noticed something, regarding them and shipping boundaries. Please remember that in Vampires SMP, Avid pushed shipping of him and Scott’s character, eventually writing a song about ‘sire daddy’. However, not long after that, Avid said that it was pushing boundaries and the shipping was too much. I believe this to only be part of their lies.
My heart goes out to all the creators involved in this incident, and please go support @musithical.

Just started Nom’s bannerfall
by my calculations it should take me at least 5 1/2 weeks to finish it. I’m going in completely blind to Bannerfall except for like 1 of Cherri’s episodes, so uhh

So Pyro updated his shipping stuff (WHICH I’M PERFECTLY FINE WITH BY THE WAY). I believe that he should be able to control that and it’s perfectly fine.
But man.
He is literally threatening people who draw ship art now, saying he’ll send his people after them.
Like, I perfectly get being uncomfortable with shipping, but I am scared for what’s happening next, especially after what happened with Avid. The wording of it cpuld have definitely been improved.
