i have a pisces mercury that soaks up everyones emotions and i feel them like it's a tangible, physical thing and every time i shower it feels so. cleansing. all of that energy i was unknowingly carrying with me washes down the drain and i feel reborn and brand new its amazing

+ possibly earth signs too, but mostly it's to destress and regulate nervous systems!!! lots of calming the senses so soft fabrics, candles, incense, and/or just a good old fashion soak in a warm, muscle-soothing bath!
