can't get over all the parallels in just the FOURTH pjo episode like obviously the "just breathe" parenting moments very blatantly bookending it, of course echidna calling the trio the "real monsters" (they're getting a little heavyhanded with this throughline imo) but also the easter-egg reworking of "pushing someone down a flight of stairs" in regards to percabeth's dynamic and the comparison of athena and poseidon's parenting/reaction to their kid in danger, thalia vs. percy, and finally the beautifully quiet yet clear annabeth = medusa and percy = poseidon parallels, all so intricately woven into a plot that was already written like i'm amazed. i'm amazed, i'm probably missing some and those are just the ones we KNOW about but we haven't even seen half the material
