This is my 10th week of being vegan and it’s been pretty amazing. Huge bonus, my bowel problems have improved so much! Not to mention the wonders it’s done for my happiness and self esteem to feel like I’m actually doing something good with my life.

I’m thinking (hoping) I might be able to do this permanently if it doesn’t effect my disabilities too much.

Notes about my health and some gross tmi body stuff below the cut

Bowel: I’m not bleeding as frequently and I only fart like twice a day rather than like 50 when I ate dairy etc.

Fatigue: It’s been hard getting used to the diet changes and I don’t have a lot of energy, but it’s been improving in the last couple of weeks so fingers crossed.

Pain: No difference. Joints seem better though.

Skin: Still breaking out but my skin looks brighter? Probably coincidence. No change to rashes.

Other: I’m cooking more and exploring different food I never tried before. I’m so excited about food, I can’t stop thinking about what I’m going to make tomorrow :) It’s making me so happy to be alive and I feel more confident I could look after a future family
