Day 9- Plank By The Pool I love this! Why not take a minute and boost your confidence while the kids enjoy the water? When we went to the beach I planked quiet a bit. I felt better about walking around in a bikini after getting some quick core work in. When you work your muscles it increases blood flow to that area engaging those muscles used. Day 7- Plank On A Precipice End of week 1 of the 2 week #outdoorplankchallenge is a little daring! Plank on a Precipice (or on a ledge) was an exciting location to look for. I had so many ideas for this plank but when the sun was setting and there was a ledge in front of me I thought it would be perfect for this challenge! So I kicked off my shoes and jumped up!
