Ingredients: 2 cups chopped spinach. 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped. 1 cup vegan cream cheese. 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise. 1/2 cup nutritional yeast. 1/4 cup chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly browned on top. Serve hot with your favorite dipping accompaniments, such as tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
