The Golden Shoreline
Wells had lifted heavy before sunrise.
By noon, he was on a Vancouver beach with gloves on, a cleanup bag in one hand, and the ocean breathing in front of him.
No crowd. No spotlight. No flex needed.
Just plastic in the sand, wrappers caught in driftwood, bottle caps hiding between stones, and the quiet understanding that everything left behind would eventually find the water.
Coach always said reps mattered.
One rep did not build the body.
One choice did not save the ocean.
But repetition changed everything.
So Wells bent down.
Picked it up.
Bagged it.
Again.
Again.
Again.
The waves kept moving. Wells kept working.
Gold was not just strength under gym lights. Gold was discipline when nobody was watching. Gold was leaving the shoreline cleaner than he found it.
By the time the bag was full, Wells looked out over the water and smiled.
The ocean did not need noise.
It needed action.
And Wells had plenty of that.
Every piece removed is one less threat to the tide. Wells trains for strength. Wells cleans for the ocean. Join the Golden Army. Build the body. Serve the team. Protect the world that made you strong. Contact: @alton-gold77, @polo-drone-125
