Not able to focus? Read the tips below and improve your focus:
1. Know the roots of your distraction and get rid of them
If you want to solve your problem with focus, you have to identify the things that distract you from what you are doing. You have to know what triggers you to not focus on your tasks. And once you are able to identify them, then do your best to get rid of them.
In my case I had to get rid of these things while working:
Social media notifications
A study conducted by the Stanford University School of Medicine, proves that classical music aids your mind to absorb and retain information. With that said, music can also help your brain focus on what you are doing.
There are also other types of classical music that you can use to focus like chill music, jazz, and instrumental rock.
A clear workplace can give you a clear mind that improves focus too! So start decluttering your stuff and keep your workplace neat.

Breakdown of to-dos for the day
Priorities and their deadlines
It will help you have a direction for the day and will help you accomplish more.
Multitasking is not good for our brain. A study states that our brain cannot process more than one string of information at once meaning in order for us to be both productive and effective, we need to do things one at a time.
