START 6 squat jumps to 6 push-ups, 5 squat jumps to 5 pushups, 4...4, 3..3, 2..2, 1...1 and that equals 21 or 42 total. It's fast, it can be done traveling, convenient in location, and convenient in time, it can be done 60sec or faster depending you speed. Try it out!!
