Pleasantview - Main Street Apartment Condos - Part 2

Recommended placement:

Three lots united in one and transformed into apartments: 190 Main Street, 70 Middle Lane and  50 Middle Lane.

Completely cc free but contains two portals in the file as I made it a corner lot. You can install the lot without these portals using Clean Installer.

Built in a clean and empty Pleasantview with missing strings restored by Jawusa and Lowedeus.

No cc, requires Ultimate Collection or all EP’s/SP’s. Has a custom thumbnail.

Welcome to my makeover of 165 Sim Lane! I really, really like the exterior of this house so I didn't change much about it.

I tried to channel the colonial design style the original house seemed to be going for.

Wow, so classy!

Here's the updated dining room...(bar off screen)

Living room (no tv, the Goths are old school that way!)

Kitchen...(for the butler to use, mostly)

Mortimer's bedroom (off screen- obligitary portrait of Bella and robot making station...I always like making Mortimer either a plant expert or a SimBot specialist, since he is supposed to be a Mad Scientist, after all)

Alexander's room! I like to think he's going through a massive robot phase at the moment. He wants to make gadgets, just like his dad!

Cassandra's room...I tried to make it lovely and romantic, since she's such a bookworm and hopeless romantic in my game.

The graveyard also got a bit of a makeover. (not pictured- four of the ghosts ganging up on Mortimer in the bathroom and scaring the shit out of him xD)

~Early Woodland Park~

I wanted to thank you all so much for 300 followers!!! So i wanted to give a little gift, i renovated the park from Pleasantview so that you and i could replace the Maxis one in my Early Pleasantview!

I wanted to give a reno to all community lots in PV as a gift, but i couldn't do it in time lol, and i'm working on renovating Veronaville for a lil project 😏👀

It's a completely CC-free lot and it was thoroughly cleaned!

Long due family is finally here. I had a hard time making Bella and Morti, but I think I did a decent job with them, and Alexander came out so cute! (and really good-looking as an adult).

I am still very busy with the Uni work so I won’t be giving you the next planned Pleasantview family anytime soon but it is in the making for sure. So I hope you like them as I did making them. They are yours, just give where the credit is due.

Welcome to New Pleasantview! - 300 Followers Gift

For those of you that can’t tell already, this is a complete makeover of Pleasantview. Clothes, hair, makeup is changed. The ugly 2000s lots are changed. But what hasn’t changed, is the Pleasantview you know and love. This means that there are NO CHANGES to any relationships, memories or faces (besides what is done in meetme‘s clean templates.)

I did this because I wasn’t completely happy with my previous makeover, and felt that I could do better. That resulted in a 2-month long project with lots of joy, pain, relief and tears along the way.

THIS REQUIRES THE ULTIMATE COLLECTION OR ALL EPS AND SPS. To install it, unzip it and place it in your The Sims 2 / Neighborhoods Folder.

Before we go to the download, I really wanna thank some people: @ara-fusilli​, who did a lot of the testing and gave me some wonderful advice on the hood; @eddysims​, using his tutorials and advice, my photoshoots got a LOT better, @meetmetotheriver​, because I used her wonderful clean rereleased hoods as a base, and all of my 300+ followers for sticking with me even when I wasn’t able to put out any content due to obligations. I love you all!!!
