This is my remake of the Swim center, it now has lots of activities for your sims and fits into the build style of my Fiesta Tech. In my game I was aiming for Fiesta to be the new, modern uni that actually has Tech-type of-money to have nice campus buildings, while Sim State is just helplessly run-down and Académie Le Tour is whimsically parisienne and historic.

I was pretty happy with this one, so I didn't have to change much on my old remake to reuse it in my new playthrough.

Abandoned townhouse that the city wanted to destroy - but before they managed to do that, the cool people of San Myshuno took over and made it one of the hottest spots in the city. Best street food and a beautiful garden view on the main floor, chill and cozy café on the second floor. Bar on the garage and outside space for concerts and more social happenings. - supposed to be placed on Waterside Warble. You can have the lot as a café, restaurant, or bar - it has all of the requirements.
