Anyone who knows me is aware I've typically described my portfolio as "Pokemon, but make it National Geographic." I finally went literal with it, and twelve other creators all jumped in on it with me for a packed to the Magikarp gills magazine. Despite the larger amount of radio silence the last few months, I've actually made more than twenty new art pieces but a high percentage of them are for a project I should have in my hands within the next few days and I am ITCHING to have it in hand. So this was me for a long time. Afraid to open the door, certain that all that I was would crash and break. That I could never be repaired.

But I opened the door.

Put inside we without my permission, when I was too young to know that I could not hold them all.

I haven't posted a ton of new work the last two months because I've been busy getting picked apart by @paulscottcanavan.com for hopeful improvement in his mentorship program. The progress is never ending, but it is definitely progressing. 💛

I'm grateful for the friends that told me the negatives, and to my past self for finally leaving. Tiny Tot Lily wouldn't believe the things I'm managing now with my own art and creations.

Progress isn't linear. It's alright if it takes time to get where you want to be. If I got this, then so can you. 💛
