Listeners, do you ever think about the moon? I was sitting outside last night looking at the moon and I thought, does anyone actually know what that thing is? Have there been any studies on this?
I went to ask Carlos, but he hasn’t been seen much since that treacherous Telly’s vile haircut.
The moon’s weird though, right? It’s there, and there, and then suddenly it’s not. And it seems to be pretty far up. Is it watching us? If not, what is it watching instead? Is there something more interesting than us? Hey, watch us moon! We may not always be the best show in the universe, but we try.

Just to remind you that, in addition to comparing the station to a Dark Planet Lit By No Sun when he was younger, Cecil also encountered the Dark Planet as a vision inside the Condo I'm noting this because nearly every other sighting of the Dark Planet A) Immediately precedes the viewers death and B) Connected to the movement of crates filled with buildings from the city which worships Huntokarr which could mean that Cecil is or was connected to that city

The only other time Barks Ennui was when Cecil cited his slogan,
“Citizens should be alert, but not too alert! There is much that you should not see! Only you can prevent your own house mysteriously catching on fire. Woof woof!”
Cecil then expressed a wish that the Sheriff’s Secret Police declassified Barks’ image someday, because he assumed Barks was very cute
