Dynamics I Would Die For

Flins and Lauma falling for each other slowly and he ends up destroying her when my Headcanon about his life span comes into play and he rejects her just to avoid the inevitable loss.

Durin and Albedo being typical brothers in a modern AU where they had a normal life. Alice has her hands full with her boys.

Alhaitham and Kaveh being very protective over Layla and forcing her to take breaks cause they know damn well she's over worked herself again and is hiding it.

Citlali being the granny Ororon needs in his life cause this himbo would have gotten himself killed without her and we all know it.

Bennett having a crush on a Lumine just for Aether to be like "Touch my sis and I'll kill you!" Bonus if it turns out to be Benney's bisexual awakening where he realizes "hey guys are kinda hot too...wait." Focusing more on Bennett realizing his attractions and learning his romantic and sexual orientation than an actual ship.

Aino needs her bestie Ineffa.

Flins mentoring Illuga and realizing he's in over his head, someone has to protect this kid and keep Flins from pulling his hair out.

Xiangling's spicy cooking and Barbara's spicy energy drinks meet someone like Bennett or a Chongyun who has 0 tolerance for hot and spicy foods.

Ifa and Ororon Brotp or slow burn friends to lovers, I'd be happy with either one.

One character comes back beat up, other character is all "Alright who was it! I'll kick their ass!" (Can be any muse of mine with any of yours, writer's choice.)

I need a thread where Sokka asks for another field trip with Zuko to find his spacesword. Zuko is good at finding things. He found Aang multiple times, he found Appa, and he found his mom. He's a very good finder, and Sokk, knowing this, shows up all packed for a fun [maybe not so fun] adventure with his buddy and says let's go find my sword!

2025 rp wishlist

not a plot wish, but this is a reminder to me that i want to take bones off as a private muse and put him in threads with new muses. i will conquer the self-consciousness!

after watching ari’s mv, someone give me a plot based off of eternal sunshine and the spotless mind !! a plot where a long-time couple decides to break up, and muse a decides to get rid of all the memories of their ex, muse b. and then when muse b finds out that muse a has forgotten everything about them— they get their memory wiped of muse a too. and some time down the road they find each other again?? and fall back in love?? give me all the angst and feels !

Dragon Age: Inquisition members that Tahirah would likely get along with:

Preferably, everyone. She likes making friends with everyone whenever possible and going for peaceful outcomes. She wants to learn from everyone she meets and get along with them.

Some ideas of how I could see her bonding with the others are along these lines: (thrown under a cut because the list got long)

Dorian - Tahirah admires Dorian's sense of fashion taste and likes his witty remarks, and she also admires him aspiring to reform Tevinter and make things right - or at least better than they are right now.

If the two bond enough to the point that she learns about his backstory, Tahirah would probably offer him her hand in marriage - Not out of romantic love, she knows and fully respects that he doesn't feel that way towards women and she doesn't feel that way toward him either (thus making it a marriage blanc-type of arrangement). However, she proposes mainly because you might as well be married to a great friend, this would get Dorian's father off his back about getting married, and he'd fit in with the other Melodian nobles well. If asked in detail about it, she'd be down for an open marriage where either or both spouses have lovers on the side. If he rejects her (which I presume is likely), she'll be fine with sticking as simply friends if not platonic marriage partners.

Also, this would ensure that Nuriel and Arlyn would gladly deal with Dorian's father being the horrible person he was if Dorian asked them to.

Sera - Tahirah appreciates Sera's honesty, even if she might not always agree with her methods of doing things. She likes that Sera can also shoot down enemies with easy thanks to all the arrows she has on hand. Points for honesty in Tahirah's books.

Vivienne - With all the talk of The Game and so on, Tahirah would probably realize that she's playing her own version of The Game in Melodia as is - but they just don't call it a game aloud like everyone else does in Orlas. They could bond over that.

Also, should Tahirah find out about Vivienne and Bastien (and the latter's demise), Tahirah could also bond with her over that since she's lost her biological parents in a similar manner.

Solas - He comes off as kinda mysterious to Tahirah. Cool and mysterious, that is, to the point that Tahirah just keeps asking him questions about his abilities and all the other things he knows.

However, the whole tearing down the Veil stuff? Yeah...that's probably not going to sit well with Tahirah. Mainly because that's literally destroying a whole world in the process. In the words of Nuriel: "Not cool, Solas! Not cool!"

Cole - Tahirah would ADORE Cole and immediately offer him cupcakes. She likes helping people, and she likes that Cole wants to help, too - even if in some unconventional ways.

The fact that he can read others' minds is a little squishy and awkward to her at times, though (and Rafaele, Tahirah's godfather, would NOT enjoy that).

Blackwall - Tahirah finds him hard to read at first, mainly because he seems broody to her and not easily open to talking about stuff. However, she tries her best to offer friendship and cupcakes.

Blackwall would probably also freak out the most over Tahirah and the rest of the Melodians being all spontaneous with musical numbers. Does he ever get used to them? Er...depends.

Iron Bull - Tahirah knows that her advisor Nuriel would immediately like this guy and immediately gets the two to go bond over a couple drinks so they can talk about crushing enemies and so on. She also thinks that Iron Bull's presence helps makes battles a bit more fun, so that helps.

Cassandra - Like Blackwall, Tahirah might kinda find her hard to read at first. However, she would definitely ask her for assistance on sword-wielding techniques. (And if she finds out Cassandra's secret love of smutty literature she'll introduce her to the entire shelf of romance and smut that's in Melodia's castle library.)

Josephine - Tahirah immediately is drawn to her because she's charismatic, kind, and persuasive. She also thinks that Josephine is a nice person.

Leilana - Tahirah knows that working in the shadows is necessary and she immediately has her godfather Rafaele work with Leilana because the two would be great with figuring out that kind of stuff.

Cullen - Tahirah has...concerns about the lyrium situation he has going on, especially if he ends up going back on lyrium later in the events of Inquisition, but she knows that she can only do so much about that. She does enjoy his company though, and enjoys seeing him at work with all the strategizing he does with Leilana and Josephine.

Varric - The dude is fun to be around because of his witty banter and hey, he writes romance novels! And the fact that he names his crossbow Bianca is pretty cool in Tahirah's opinion.

Plot Wishlist

General:

Any X-characters, but especially Storm, Shadowkat, Cyclops, Iceman, Jean Grey, Abigail Brand, Havok, Dazzler, Colossus, Mr. Sinister, Charles Xavier, Magneto, Sabretooth, et al.

Verse specific plots below.

Feline Hank:

Decimation/Utopia-era plots, perhaps including a PTSD recovery arc for Hank after his torture at the hands of Norman Osborn. Poor guy was literally having flashbacks at the drop of a hat and the best he got was a 'you're the rock, so idk just cope better' speech - would love to dive into this.

Fun, shippy things! Hank is a loveable fella, but utterly bereft of actual self-esteem - tons of ego and bluster, but self-esteem? Wrong house, miss - and I love to see him reconcile the often inflated mental portrait he has of others with his diabolical self-image.

Mutant cure. Hank has a vial of it just sitting in a freezer. All it takes is one particularly bad day.

Post-Intervention Hank:

Anything with any X-character, diving into the period of time between All-New X-Men and Krakoa. Hank screwed up, majorly, and his emotional state is ridiculously fractious - engage with him on this! Force him to change! Or let's have blazing arguments! Let's do both, fuck it!

Inhuman + Kang interactions! Hank was only with them for a short period of time in the grand scheme of things, but I dearly love that he made friends during his time here, and it breaks my heart that he felt like he couldn't go back after Inhumans vs. X-Men.

Avengers:

Defenders interactions! Especially Isaac Christians (Gargoyle), Patsy Walker (Hellcat) and Heather Douglas (Moondragon). I love this team - they're such a weird, kooky team of misfists and emotionally damaged individuals.

Threnody. I'm tired of talking about her as the first brick in the wall for Hank's downfall - let's talk about her as a character, let's engage with the situation, let's call Hank out, let's let him off the hook, let's do something with it!

X-Force:

Any and all members of the Quiet Council, perhaps a thread making sense of Beast's numerous karma houdinis. My portrayal of X-Force Beast diverges from the cartoon character you've seen in Percy's books, but I still want to engage with the situations he must've found himself in and write them like an adult. Let's get political, let's get complicated, let's get cruel, why not?

Any and all interactions where an old friend asks Beast what the hell he's doing and what happened to him. I just want someone to care that Beast has hollowed out his soul and decided it's easier to not care.

Irredeemable Beast:

Pretty much anything, but the tone of this verse suits Fall of X-themed plots and character development over all else. I have an in-progress fic about this verse that I'm working on - I can't tell you how overjoyed I'd be to talk about it with someone. Let's talk redemption, let's talk punishment, let's talk justice, let's talk masochism, let's talk death wishes!

Dark Beast:

Any Age of Apocalypse characters.

A duplicate Hank, tbh!

The guy's a stinker, abuse him, please.

Battle of the Atom:

Any of the time displaced X-Men, future X-Men, or members of the Jean Grey and Charles Xavier School faculty. This version of Hank is so broken and so tragic and so pitiable. Let's engage with that. Let's talk about the future, let's talk about optimism, let's talk about broken faith and mind control and hatred.

President Blaire. If you know, you know.

And obviously, all of the X-characters mentioned above, or hell, any member of the extended X-family, would be much loved as an intersection with all of these plots!
