Question for other systems/plurals! How do you keep track of your headspace? Is there a specific app like simplyplural, or is there something "everyday" you use?

Is it common to have absolutely no internal communication at all with headmates? even accidental? like sometimes I hear bits of a convo but that's it, I only know about them from feelings.
