children are not acceptable casualties of these censorship policies just because the rhetoric around them is that they're to "protect" children. i hear the sentiment "but this will affect sex workers / queer people / addicts / people seeking mental health support / 'normal' people", which, while true, important and worth discussing, fails to centre children at all. i think a disturbing number of you would support these policies if all they did was shut children out of online spaces.

the reason blur rpf on here will thankfully never get to the amazing level of depth, analysis and commitment of what gcesters discuss about oasis is first of all the gallaghers are just more interesting and well researched and entertaining (better) but also blur are, and i say this with fondness in my heart for damon at least, so bitchy, insufferable, miserable and messy in the most cursed pathetic way that if you try and engage with their lore for too long you start feeling so ridiculous and incredulous it borders on insanity so it's much better to just laugh and point at how fucking gay they are. plus the pretentious nerd they all wanted to fuck should be in prison lol
