They absolutely adore your body type. They can't get over just how gorgeous you are. Even if you're not happy with the way you look, they still adore every inch of your body and are more than open to supporting you in your journey into becoming more comfortable with your body.

Even if it's "not canon", people change. They grow, and they learn new things about themselves as time goes on. What might not be "canon" then might change as they develop as a person.

ppl trying to categorizs me hinting at me being trans. buddy i know. i know who trans people are. i’m NOT trans, i’m isogender. and i’m also not cis either, but people like their boxes too much to accept that and it gets infuriating at a point.

you don’t know anyone’s identity better than they do. stop trying to tell me i’m something i’m not— you’re not being cool and “woke” by insisting i’m trans, you’re just repackaging harmful rhetoric.

people need to play around more with the fact cis / trans aren't the only options, AND the fact that cis / trans can be applied to anything the user deems fits. both can co exist.

someone can feel neither cis or trans works, there's labels like isogender that exist; iso man, iso woman, isofem etc. there's also options to simply not add a modifier in general. feel like a woman but cis, trans, and iso doesn't fit well? that's fine! you can exist as only a label with nothing more defining. it isn't cruel or evil of you.

feel agender? nonbinary? genderfluid? or a different label but feel it isn't cis or trans? doesn't have to be! just because a label differs from the random little term you were assigned with at birth, it doesn't mean you have to use the word trans, it's okay. you aren't hurting others. sometimes it just doesn't feel that way. you aren't betraying trans people but not preferring the term.

at the same time though, labels that differ from the random term you were assigned with at birth can feel cis. you can be cisneu, cisnull you can feel your nonbinary identity is cis or your bigender identity is cis. that's an option too.

and while people can have no modifiers, people can also be multiple! do you feel like your masculinity is cis but your enbyhood isn't? that's an option. or feel your femininity is trans but your boyhood isn't? that's an option! cistrans/tris is a helpful label for many.

people need to be allowed to feel like they have a choice. freedom to explore things, test out terms, try labels, etc. it can lead to someone finding themselves, finding something that makes them the most happy. it can also lead to nowhere, it can lead to them going "ya my original label was right". but what's important is they had the option to try something different if they wanted to.

exploring these things is why im so happy with myself currently, and why my headmates are happy with the labels it& uses

Being gender non conforming and cis doesn’t mean somebody is a trans egg AND also they are not a traitor to their previous identity if they end up being one.

Being a man and a woman or any other kind of multigender is not a contradictory state of being, likewise. Being isogender or cistrans is a fine thing to be and I love you.

Throw off the shackles that suggest you must be one or the other and that transformation of any kind is a betrayal of how you once were.

Whenever folks use "Trans and Cis" when they mean those of us targeted by transmisia.

Constantly being told in a binary-splainy way I am "under the Trans umbrella term," even though I am Isogender (neither trans or cis), subtly implying I am invalid and being Trans is superior compared to the rest of us in the Gender-Expansive community who aren't that. It's basically an indirect way of telling me, "If you're not cis, you must be trans," "my framework is the correct one and yours is secondary," and "Trans is the default and you're a sub-category."

Hint: Trans/gender and Cis/gender are not the only gender modalities, just like how sex and gender are not just "female/male" and "woman/man."

This is rooted in exorsexism, varsexism, eurocentricism, pluralphobia.

Every time people drop one binary, they seem to grab onto another, and forget that gender cant easily be boiled into two categories.

A multitransitional, multigender, demigender, intersex, culturally-gendered, and/or plural person may have a complex gender experience. They might identify as both cis and trans, or as neither.

contradictory label culture is someone who claims to be supportive of lesboys and turigirls getting mad at me for identifying as enby but not trans cuz nonbinary is under the trans umbrella and im "betraying" the trans community 😭

like.... so you have no problem w lesbian men and vincian women but me being nonbinary w/out transness is suddenly an "attack" to trans people. maybe you just need to accept the fact that not all nonbinary or agender people relate to being trans and just see cis/trans as another binary. i dont care! i love being isogender nonbinary!!! everyone get less bigoted against contradictory labels now!!!!!

Ugh people always find an expectation to be mean to. I feel like this also comes from people treating labels like math. This is why I just say "well if I've seen people identify with ___ because they're ___" and "if they identify that way" instead of blunt yes's and no's.

this pride month i'm giving a shoutout to everyone who falls somewhere outside of the cis/trans binary, for whatever reason.

personally, i find it hard to confidently call myself cis or trans because of my experiences as a headmate in a plural system. i'm a genderqueer woman in a body assigned female, a body which my headmates have so beautifully sculpted with testosterone, a body which we hope to someday change even more with surgery. and i approve of all of this! i love the ways HRT changed my body, and i want to medically transition even more, but i'm still a woman who was told to be a woman from the start. i'm a woman sharing my body with a ton of transmasculine and transneutral headmates, and i'm cheering them on and playing an active role in our transition. i've transitioned and i will continue to transition, and that doesn't change that i'm a woman. my womanhood is just queer.

i know it's confusing when you don't fit neatly into one box or another. i understand the pressure to categorize yourself. but if you can't be categorized, there's nothing wrong with that. yeah it's sappy but you really just gotta be you, you don't have to pick a side.
