An update Pokeball Code for those who allow their partner Pokemon to 'eat at the same table' as it were. Changes and updates inspired by additions from these three posts.
General Rules
Don'ts:
Use league gear or work-mandated uniform pieces to show any relation to or preference for The Community.
Use the basic Poké Ball, Great Ball, Ultra Ball, or Master Ball to show any relation to or preference for The Community.
Belts of any color are used, of either the Densoku or Kickspin brands (so as to be affordable), worn openly in your person to show a pride in The Community.
Pokeballs worn on the wearer's right side of the belt signify the wearer is more interested in being the top/dominant/active partner in a relationship.
Pokeballs worn on the wearer's left side of the belt signify the wearer is more interested in being the bottom/submissive/passive partner in a relationship.
Pokeballs worn on equal number on both sides of the wearer's belt signify the wearer has a preference for neither/is willing to fill both roles in a given relationship.
Pokeballs need not be all the same type, and trainers are encouraged to use multiple types of balls for their specific interests. Duplicates of the same type of Pokeball will be considered neutral after the first. (Two dive balls will just be treated the same as one, as well, six dive balls will similarly be treated as if the trainer just wore one.)
Belt buckles signify a trainer's interest in being an active participant or passive observer in any sexual acts
Belt buckles worn right side up signifies a trainer's interest in being an active participant in sexual acts.
Belt buckles worn upside down signifies a trainer's interest in being a passive observer in sexual acts.
Meanings of various Pokeballs (specific to the Unova, Galar, and Kalos Regions, meanings may differ in other regions):
Safari; Pet Play, Feral Play, Hunter/Prey Play
Net; Shibari, Bondage
Dive; Oral (Regionally Breath Play in Galar)
Nest; DDLG/MDLB (Regionally Oviposition in Unova)
Repeat; Multiple Partners/Orgies
Timer; Long Sessions/Overstimulation (Regionally Long Term Relationships in Galar)
Dusk; S&M, Blindfolds (Regionally Blood Play in Unova)
Heal; Medical Play
Quick; Hook-Ups, Quickies
Fast; Prostitution
Level; Age Play/Level Play

Additionally, some more extreme role reversal relationships between a trainer and a Pokemon might have the Pokemon wearing the Poke Balls instead. In this instance, a belt is not necessary, and instead any display of Poke Balls on the Pokemon's person is accepted as recognition of/participation in The Community.
Thinking about this post by @/falinkslover and how I wanted to expand on my trainers and what their pokemon belts would look like
I’m ALSO very curious because Rain is from a region very open to pokephilia and Leo is NOT, so I have a feeling Rain’s belt is more prominent than Leo’s, but his is still there.

So for Rain, automatically he’s got at least three pokeballs on each side. He’s very much a switch and it really matters who he’s with whether he takes charge or gives up that control. He’s also a fuckin FREAK so be prepared /silly, pos
On his left side:
A safari ball, a dusk ball OR a dream ball depending on his mood, a beast ball, and a sport ball.
The safari and the sport ball are permanent as Rain loves primal play and predator/prey with his more adventurous pokemon. And well, he’s a little freak who likes bladder control I don’t know what to tell you :3, and then his beast ball because Rain is mated with Koraidon, but with the amount of legendaries and the pokemon in Area Zero, he likes to be adventurous with the rare pokemon there
On his right side:
A timer ball, a dream ball, and then a heal ball.
Now, I know in the original post Falinks was talking about regional variations, I think Paldea keeps a lot of the meanings that Kalos and Galar have, but a few are different simply because of how broad Paldea is
So he has a timer ball, because when he tops, Rain loves to take his time working his pokemon over. Then a dream ball, because I think he enjoys playing with Evander and Jet while they’re sleeping. And as for the heal ball, which in other regions is known for signaling medical play—and in some parts of Paldea it still is—most of Paldea’s pokephiles recognize it as temperature play. This came from the large amount of pokephiles who live in the Glaceado mountains who enjoy heat play with their pokemon.
Rain follows suit here, but he prefers ice play over heat.

Now as for my Johto trainer Leo, I think is belt is MUCH less complicated, mainly because he’s still figuring himself out and what he likes.
He only has pokeballs on his left side, so let’s dive into those.
on his left:
A love ball, which has regional differences in Johto, a dusk ball, and a heavy ball.
For the love ball, instead of signaling free use as it does in other regions, in Johto, this largely represents long term relationships, like his relationship with Apples.
His dusk ball signaling bdsm is probably the most adventurous Leo will ever end up being, but hey, he’s getting there! And then of course, his heavy ball, which, looking at his Rhydon and his Lapras, well, I think we can see why.
Also, I believe that once he meets Lucia or Ho-oh, a beast ball MAY or may not end up on his belt :3
