This is your reminder to clear out your fridge - before the contents turn into Poké-ween decor! 🫣
We made a Frost Rotom chocolate cake with pumpkin spice buttercream on our weekly Pokemon baking livestream over on Twitch! We're making spooky Poké-ween desserts all month long, and fridge Rotom really has the perfect Halloween colours.
It's always a fun challenge frosting a shaped cake, especially one with so many hard edges. It took nearly 6 hours, and I waited until the next day to add the little buttercream Pokepuff and shiny Joktik. But I just love how it all came together!
