It felt so good to get back to pole last night after having a year off. I’m just surprised I was still able to climb the both (on both sides!!!) and invert. Also managed a Gemini and crucifix. Cross knee release was agony though. My thighs definitely need to toughen up again.

Pole was so much fun tonight! Not that it isn't usually. Definitely felt drunk after spinning.

I am really enjoying my pole lessons, it's the best decision I've made this year, but I can do really well (by my standards) one week, and then I fuck up the following week by not being able to do even the most simple of moves. And my knee just won’t do what I want! Stupid knee.

I pole dance and I already have inspired another 7 girls to take it up/have some lessons this year so far! I'm always here for any tips I've learnt along the way for them so I'll say here now :
